A private boat in Komodo means all 6 cabins to your party. On three days, Raffles Cruise costs IDR 115,000,000 (≈ USD 7,055) for 1 to 4 guests on the 2026 card. The 2027 card says IDR 125,000,000 (≈ USD 7,669) for up to 12 guests. There is no seat to share.

The price is for the boat, so each guest's share depends on the size of your party. The table below runs even head counts from 2 to 14, each share rounded to the nearest ten thousand rupiah.
Above 12, the extra beds come in. IDR 125,000,000 (≈ USD 7,669) plus 2 × IDR 5,500,000 (≈ USD 337) is IDR 136,000,000 (≈ USD 8,344) for 14 guests, which is IDR 9,710,000 (≈ USD 596) each.
All of these are 2026 figures. The 2027 card has one price for 1 to 12 guests, so the division is yours to do, or ours to do with you.

Three days, boat entire: the 2026 card and the 2027 card
The 2026 card is for sailings up to 31 December 2026: IDR 115,000,000 (≈ USD 7,055) for 1 to 4 guests, IDR 120,000,000 (≈ USD 7,362) for 5 to 9, IDR 125,000,000 (≈ USD 7,669) for 10 to 12.
Then the 2027 card, for sailings from 1 January 2027. From March to May and October to December it is IDR 125,000,000 (≈ USD 7,669) for any party of 1 to 12. At 10 to 12 guests the two cards agree. For a party of four the 2027 figure is higher, because it has no bands.
An extra bed is IDR 5,500,000 (≈ USD 337) per guest on either card, and two beds are the limit. January and February 2027 are quoted on request.

What the 2027 card changes between June and September
June to September carries a higher 2027 card, quoted on WhatsApp with the printed figure.
The rise applies to the 2 days, the 3 days and the 4 days. The full day does not rise; it keeps one price all year. The extra-bed fare stays the same on both cards.
This page leaves out the summer figure, and we do not turn it into a percentage. Tell us the length and the month, and we reply with the figure itself; you divide it by your head count, or we do it with you.
A booking made now for a summer 2027 date is priced on the card for that date, confirmed in writing before you pay.
What your fare lays out on the boat
The fare covers the pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo and the boat with its 6 air-conditioned cabins. Breakfast, lunch and dinner come every day, with afternoon coffee or tea, a snack and soft drinks. Snorkelling gear, life jackets, two stand-up paddleboards, the karaoke set and mini golf are part of it.
Dinner on the beach belongs to the 4D3N only. Wi-Fi on board is local only. Alcohol is not included, and you can bring your own.
Flights, personal expenses, crew gratuities, hotel nights in Labuan Bajo and travel insurance are yours. The table below sets what is in and what is out side by side, so nothing on the day comes as news.

Komodo National Park package per guest: 3D2N: IDR 650,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest; 4D3N: IDR 750,000 per foreign guest, IDR 350,000 per Indonesian guest. It includes the government entrance ticket, the ranger fee and local levies.
Payments we accept
Secure payment by Stripe, Airwallex, American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
Fees: card payment link 3%, PayPal 7.2%, EDC card machine 3%. Your issuing bank may add its own charges. Deposit 50% to confirm, balance 30 days before departure. You can also settle the balance in Labuan Bajo on the departure day, in cash or by card on the EDC machine.
Three items we do not fold into the fare: guide, photographs, park tickets
The local guide is not in a charter fare. Nor is the photo and video documentation. Either one is added on request, with its own quote, and we give no figure here because it depends on the days and the party.
Komodo National Park tickets are never in a fare. Every visitor needs a ticket bought online in their own name: IDR 250,000 international, IDR 50,000 domestic on a weekday, IDR 75,000 domestic at the weekend. Ranger and pier charges come on top.
Should Raffles Cruise be unable to sail, the answer is the same for every booking. You are offered a different boat, of the same class or better, for those dates with nothing extra to pay, or the whole fare returned inside 14 days.

One package covers the government entrance ticket (IDR 250,000 per foreign visitor per day, PP 36/2024), the ranger fee and the local levies. It is quoted per guest, separate from the boat price. For other trip lengths, the desk quotes the package with your booking.

On the 2026 card the full day is IDR 55,000,000 (≈ USD 3,374) for 1 to 4 guests. It is IDR 60,000,000 (≈ USD 3,681) for 5 to 9, and IDR 65,000,000 (≈ USD 3,988) for 10 to 12. On the 2027 card it is IDR 60,000,000 (≈ USD 3,681) all year.
Two days and one night costs IDR 100,000,000 (≈ USD 6,135) for 1 to 4 guests. For 5 to 9 it is IDR 105,000,000 (≈ USD 6,442), and for 10 to 12, IDR 110,000,000 (≈ USD 6,748). The 2027 card sets IDR 100,000,000 (≈ USD 6,135) from March to May and October to December.
Four days and three nights runs IDR 145,000,000 (≈ USD 8,896) for 1 to 4 guests, IDR 150,000,000 (≈ USD 9,202) for 5 to 9 and IDR 155,000,000 (≈ USD 9,509) for 10 to 12. On the 2027 card it is IDR 155,000,000 (≈ USD 9,509) in the same months. Each length has its own page, with the stops day by day.

FAQ
How many people fit on a private charter?
Twelve sleep in the cabins, one double bed in each of the 6. Two extra beds take the boat to 14, and that is the most it carries. The cabin for each extra bed is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Can I choose my own route?
There are four routes, from the full day up to 4 days and 3 nights, with the 2D1N and the 3D2N between. On the day, the captain puts the stops in order. A change to the planned stops is a request, answered in writing before you pay.
What happens if the boat cannot sail?
You are offered a different boat, of the same class or better, for those dates with nothing extra to pay, or the whole fare returned inside 14 days. The decision and the offer reach you on WhatsApp, and nothing is deducted for our change.
Are national park fees included?
No. Park tickets are never in a fare. Each visitor's ticket is bought online, in that visitor's name: IDR 250,000 international, or IDR 50,000 domestic on a weekday. Ranger and pier charges are separate.
Can I book Raffles Cruise for 2027 already?
Yes. 2027 open-trip dates are listed and a private charter can be reserved for any 2027 date. The 2027 card is published for March to May and October to December. June to September is higher, and we send you that figure on WhatsApp. January and February are on request. Sailings up to 31 December 2026 use the 2026 card.
