The first message: what to put in it

To contact Raffles Cruise, write on WhatsApp or by email and give four things: your dates, your guests, how many of them do not dive or are not confident swimmers, and a cabin or the whole boat. We answer every day, 08:00–20:00 WITA.
A first message of four lines
First comes the date, or just the month when the dates are not fixed. Line two is the number of guests. Line three is how many of them do not dive or are not confident swimmers. Line four names a cabin on the open trip, Malacca I, Malacca II, Borneo or Java, or says the whole boat.
The WhatsApp button on every page opens a message with those four lines already written, and the page you were reading is filled in for you. Fill the blanks. Press send. The block below lists the two WhatsApp numbers, the email address and the hours, with the company that answers beside them.
Add the ages of any child, the flight numbers and the hotel name if you have them. None of it is needed to begin, and each one saves a question later.

What our reply contains
The reply names the boat price for your head count in rupiah, with the dollar figure beside it. It uses the card in force: the 2026 card for sailings up to 31 December 2026, the 2027 card from 1 January 2027. For an open-trip cabin it names the seat price and the departures nearest your dates.
It adds the cabin plan for your party and a short list of what the fare leaves out: flights, hotel nights, park tickets, tips and alcohol. A private charter leaves the guide and the photo documentation outside it as well, each priced apart.
Nothing is due with the first reply. Once you decide, pay a deposit of 50 per cent. The remainder follows 30 days before you sail. We give no reply time in hours. We answer every day, 08:00–20:00 WITA, in the order the messages arrive.
Writing to us from another country
Hours are given in WITA, which is Central Indonesian Time and runs eight hours ahead of UTC. A message sent in your evening reaches us in the small hours and waits for the morning in Labuan Bajo. Writing at any hour is fine.
Give names exactly as the passports print them, because the boarding pass must match them. Passport details are needed at least 7 days ahead of sailing, and you can send them as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Ask for the company details if you want to verify the payee. Our NIB is 1805260128363, held by PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia. Your invoice names that company together with the boat, the dates and the inclusions. The email address in the block above reaches the same team.
FAQ
What should my first message contain?
Four lines will do. State your dates or month and the number of guests. Say how many in the party do not dive or swim with confidence. Last, tell us which you want: one cabin among others on the open trip, or all of the boat. The WhatsApp button on each page writes those lines for you to complete.
Which languages do you reply in?
We reply in English on WhatsApp and by email, and in English or Chinese on WeChat, every day, 08:00–20:00 WITA. Write in the language you are most at ease with, and give the guest names as the passports print them.
Can I call instead of writing?
Both numbers in the contact block take WhatsApp, and writing is how we reply. Kept in writing, the quoted price, the agreed dates and the cabin plan all stay in one thread for you to check. Outside our hours the thread waits for the next morning.
How fast do you reply?
We promise no reply time in hours. We answer every day, 08:00–20:00 WITA, in the order the messages arrive. A message that carries the dates and the head count lets the first reply carry the boat price too.
