Komodo pickup in Labuan Bajo for Raffles Cruise is at 09:30 on multi-day trips and 05:00 on the full day, from your hotel or the airport. Extras are arranged on request and quoted separately in writing.
The 09:30 collection, hotel or airport
At 09:30 a car stops at your hotel or the airport arrivals door. Bags go in the back. The drive to the harbour is short, and you board in time for lunch. Cabins are allocated before the meal is served.
The full day starts earlier, at 05:00, so the Padar sunrise is reached in time. Pickup and drop-off cost nothing extra on a private charter.
On the open trip the hour is confirmed with your seat, with 09:30 as the planning figure. Give us your hotel and your flight time when you book. A flight that lands after 09:30 changes the pickup to the airport, and we plan it with you. Wait at arrivals, and the driver finds you.
A bigger car when the party grows
A party of up to 12 can ride in a private Toyota HiAce with up to 12 seats in place of the shared car. It is quoted separately, with the pickup hour.
Tell us the head count and the luggage, and we plan the car around them. A second car is added when one HiAce is too small, and it is quoted in the same message.
Marking a birthday or a proposal aboard
A birthday or a proposal is arranged on request. Tell us the date, the cabin and who must not know, and we answer with what can be done and what it costs. The crew keeps the secret, and the moment is placed at sunset or after dinner, where the weather allows.
Dinner on the beach is part of the 4D3N only. On other lengths it is a request, and the weather and the captain decide on the day. Whether it can be done is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Cabin decoration
Decoration of a cabin or the deck is arranged on request and quoted separately. Give us the cabin, the date and the occasion, and a written figure comes back before anything is added to the fare.

Free pickup
A private charter includes the car that links the harbour with your hotel in Labuan Bajo or with the airport. It collects at 09:30 for multi-day trips and 05:00 for the full day. On the open trip the hour is confirmed with your seat, with 09:30 as the planning figure.

Yes, on request, quoted separately. The guide and the documentation sit outside a charter fare. A drone depends on the park's rules, so ask us before you fly one.
